Please ensure you contact our team before sending items back. Trendy Toys will not accept refund without prior communication. All items will need to be returned with original packaging and contents with a copy of receipt.
All returns needs to be paid by the purchaser as Trendy Toys does not cover the cost of shipping of the returned product. Trendy Toys is not responsible for any damaged products during transit or that become lost.
Once item has been received, our team will inspect the product and if deemed apprioriate, we will provide a refund to the original method of payment or a replacement within 5 working days.
